
This project focused on building a cohesive visual system for a MUJI’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) efforts. Chosen for its strong alignment with values like sustainability, simplicity, and transparency.
Problem
MUJI’s existing CSR communication materials lacked visual consistency and emotional resonance. While the brand is known for its no-brand philosophy and clean aesthetic, the CSR content often felt disconnected, overly text-heavy, and visually static, missing the opportunity to reflect MUJI’s quiet but impactful values in a compelling way.
Approach
To address this, I developed a visual system using clean layouts, soft and natural color tones, and organic shapes to reflect clarity and sustainability. The deliverables, including print and digital materials, were designed to express MUJI’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility while aligning closely with the brand’s understated identity.
